Thanks for the update Aaron. This surely is a complete farce. I know we are in their hands but waiting again is a joke when everything has pretty much been with them for months and months now? Can we not challenge this or is it not wise to do so?

Andy.

Hi Andy,

I have just had a meeting with Lucy regards a separate project I am dealing with and she mentioned your site. As you will see from the email below, frustratingly Lucy has had to push the committee for this one to March due to her workload and the deferrals from the January committee. Annoyingly this is out of our control as upon receipt of Chris Yardley’s landscaping plan we sent this to Lucy and now we are just waiting on her.

In respect of the 4inch pipes shown to a square on the water asset map Ian has spoken with David Goddard who was told the apparatus is redundant. However we will make contact with Anglian Water to get this confirmed as soon as possible.

Kind regards,

Aaron Williamson

Subject: 21/01771/F, Priors, West Lynn

Good afternoon Aaron,

As discussed early today, I just want to let you know that unfortunately I need to push this application back to March committee rather than the previously agreed February date due to my own workload - please accept my apologies for that.

In the meantime, I am intending to get in touch with Anglian Water to discuss the ongoing issues on site in the hope that this will clear up any uncertainties which may arise as a result of neighbour representations received.

If you have any issues or want to discuss this further, please let me know.

Kind regards,
